FAQs

What are “Office Hours”?

Office Hours are dedicated weekly times when you can message me or Zoom me directly with questions, form checks, or video feedback. Think of it as your built-in access to a coach without needing a full session. It keeps you accountable, motivated, and never guessing for your at-home training.

How is the training plan personalized?

Your plan is built entirely around you: your goals, schedule, experience level, injuries, preferences, and the type of training you enjoy. After your consultation, I design a structured program that adapts each week based on your progress, feedback, and how your body is responding.

How is progress measured?

We track progress through a mix of performance metrics (strength, mobility, stamina), as well as habit and consistency check-ins. You will have regular milestone reviews so you can clearly see improvements and stay motivated.

How is the online session conducted?

Online sessions are held via video call (Zoom). You will get real-time coaching, form correction, and a guided workout customized to you. All you need is your device and some space to move. I adapt the session to your environment and any equipment you may have.

Will there be dancing during the session?

We will talk about your dance goals, strengths, and the areas you want to improve through targeted fitness training, but I will not ask you to dance during our sessions and I will not be correcting or coaching your dance steps.

What is the first step?

Your first step is a free initial consultation. This is a 15-20 minute casual, no-pressure call where we talk through your goals, your training background, and what you are looking for. From there, I map out the best plan for you and answer any questions so you feel confident getting started.
